Inspired by an embroidered wall hanging by J. H. Dearle, the Grape & Pomegranate mural depicts tree branches alive with flowers, fruits, and birds, and accented by swirling acanthus leaves synonymous with Morris & Co.’s visual identity. It preserves the artistry of the original, retaining its hand-drawn character and graphite sketch lines.
This design is made up of two panels that repeat, supplied as four 300 cm-high and 68.5 cm-wide drops printed on one continuous roll measuring 274 cm in width.
