Description
A unique design, initially intended for stained glass, possibly by Duncan Dearle, J.H. Dearle’s son, who worked in stained glass. Refined and repainted, the layout has been transformed while retaining the stained-glass references. A double stripe underlies a graceful arrangement of blossoms, oak leaves, and acorns. A block-printed texture has been added to this otherwise graphic design, and a soft palette complements the striped back look.
