1. CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE
The size of your rug has the greatest impact on how a room feels.
Living Rooms: Position the rug so at least the front legs of your seating sit on it, helping to anchor the furniture.
Dining Rooms: Allow enough space for chairs to remain on the rug when pulled out from the table.
Bedrooms: A larger rug placed beneath the lower two-thirds of the bed creates softness underfoot and visual balance.
If you are between sizes, opting for the larger option often creates a more cohesive result.
2. CONSIDER PLACEMENT AND PRACTICALITY
Think about how the space is used. High-traffic areas may benefit from durable constructions and lower pile heights, while bedrooms and quieter rooms can accommodate softer textures.
We recommend using a suitable underlay to improve comfort, reduce movement and help protect your flooring.
